- Advance payments made during booking are non-refundable. This secures your date and compensates for scheduling commitments.
- Refunds are not applicable for dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences once the service is delivered.
3. Rescheduling
- Clients may reschedule bookings with prior notice (subject to availability). Additional charges may apply for changes made within 48 hours of the event.
4. Replacement or Corrections
- For edited deliverables, we offer one round of revisions based on client feedback. Further revisions may incur additional fees.
- If printed products (e.g., albums) are damaged during delivery, replacements will be provided upon proof of damage.
5. Force Majeure
- Smile Please Photography is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or missed moments due to natural disasters, technical failures, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
