- Digital Files: Edited photographs and videos will be shared via email, cloud storage, or USB drive within the agreed-upon timeframe (typically 2–4 weeks after the event).
- Printed Products: Albums, prints, and other physical deliverables will be shipped within 7–10 business days after final approval of the edits.
2. Shipping Methods
- Physical products are shipped through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Tracking information will be shared once the shipment is dispatched.
3. Shipping Charges
- Local deliveries within Palani are free of charge.
- Shipping outside Palani will incur additional charges based on the destination and package size.
4. Address Accuracy
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at the time of booking.
- Any delays or non-deliveries caused by incorrect addresses will be the client’s responsibility.
5. Handling and Packaging
- All products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. If you receive a damaged item, notify us immediately with photographic evidence for a replacement.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
- In case of delays or lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue. However, Smile Please Photography is not liable for delays caused by courier services or other external factors.
