- All deliverables will adhere to the agreed scope, including timelines, formats, and editing preferences.
3. Copyright and Usage Rights
- All photos and videos remain the intellectual property of Smile Please Photography.
- Clients are granted personal usage rights for non-commercial purposes.
- Use of images for promotional or commercial purposes requires prior written consent.
4. Liability
- While we take utmost care to deliver exceptional quality, Smile Please Photography is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, equipment failure).
- In case of irreparable issues, liability is limited to a refund of the amount paid.
5. Client Responsibility
- The client must provide accurate details for bookings and ensure timely cooperation during shoots.
- Any special requirements must be communicated in advance.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
- All personal information and captured images will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
- We will not share your data without your explicit consent.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the booking date will incur a cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance.
